Coach and Volunteer Screening
The following is a policy and procedure on volunteer positions is required and accepted by Medicine Hat Little League (MHLL). The procedures listed below are MANDATORY for all Coach and Assistant Coach Volunteers who work with youth and children at Medicine Hat Little League (MHLL).
Coach/Assistant Coach /Voliunteer Recruitment and Screening Procedures:
- Medicine Hat Little League Application Procedure
- Application Form via the TeamSnap Registration Software
- Coaches
- Volunteers will apply via email/phone/Facebook
- Reference checks and Interview by Board of Directors if required
- Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check (PIC):
- Police Information Check can be received after application is submitted but is mandatory prior to proceeding as a coach/volunteer
- Once selected to join we will give you a link to complete your Police Information Check
- Police Information Check will be stored securely by MHLL
- If you do not have a current PIC, please contact our Administrator for information
