When registering please keep in mind the following to help with your user experience. There are two common reasons why a user may have trouble completing registration:

1. If you miss any required field information on that page. Please scroll up on the page to see if anything is showing up in red which would show a necessary field has been missed.
2. If you are using Internet Explorer: This browser is quickly becoming the lamest horse in the browser race. Nothing works optimally on Explorer anymore, as it simply can't keep up with the functionality of the TeamSnap app and website platforms. Please use Chrome, Safari or Firefox when registering.
